MUSHROOM AZTEC CACAO LATTE

INGREDIENTS:
2 c (16 oz) Brothee Wild Mushroom Broth
1-2 tbsp. Honey
2 Shots (4 oz) Espresso
1 tbsp. Righteously Raw Rawcholatl powder
4 oz Coconut Milk
1 tsp. Coconut Oil
¼ tsp. Tahitian Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp. Aquafaba (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan combine Brothee Wild Mushroom Broth, honey, and bring to a light simmer. Stir in Righteously Raw Rawcholatl powder. Add freshly pulled espresso and stir. In milk frother, combine coconut milk, vanilla and coconut oil (add Aquafaba for enhanced froth). Pour mushroom broth into mug, top off with frothed coconut milk.
